I’m confused, sometimes Dart is available and sometimes it is not?

 In order to be eligible to use the Dart feature: 

  • Your account must be in good standing
  • Must have no more than 4 garments in the At-home section of your Closet, and all of those garments must be returned notified or purchased.
  • 4 Items in your Closet must be available to ship now.  Our item availability changes constantly and sometimes the items in your Closet may not be available, and therefore, you may not always be able to use the Dart feature.
